Decision No. 1725/QD-BCT on the List of products for energy efficiency testing and energy labeling under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT)
Decision No. 1725/QĐ-BCT dated July 01, 2024 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade about List of goods/products subject to inspection of their energy efficiency and energy labeling under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT)
Decision No. 1725/QĐ-BCT mentions the new List of goods/products subject to inspection of their energy efficiency and energy labeling, effective from July 01, 2024.
In comparison with the old List of Appendix III Decision No. 1182/QĐ-BCT, the new List supplements some goods/product subject to inspection of their energy efficiency and energy labeling from July 01, 2024, including:
• Liquid crystal devices (LCD) of computers with display size up to 24 inches (HS code 8528.72.92);
• Laptops (HS code 8471.30.20);
• Computers (HS codes 8471.41.10, 8471.41.90, 8471.49.10);
• Electrical motors (HS codes 8501.52.19, 8501.52.29, 8501.52.39, 8501.53.90);
• Industrial boilers (HS codes số 8402.11.20, 8402.12.21, 8402.12.29, 8402.19.21, 8402.19.29, 8402.20.20);
• Transformers (HS codes 8504.22.11, 8504.22.19, 8504.22.92, 8504.22.93, 8504.22.99).
Decision No. 1725/QĐ-BCT will effective from the date on which it is signed and replace Appendix III Decision No. 1182/QĐ-BCT dated May 20, 2019.
