Importing and trading electric fans requires the following licenses:
• Certificate of conformity from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST): Safety (QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN)
• Energy labeling of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT)
1. License from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST)
To do the job, we perform the following steps:
• Step 1: Determine whether products and goods fall within the scope of Decision No. 2711/QD-BKHCN? This is the most important step because it directly affects customers’ costs and time.
• Step 2: Determine your needs in terms of quantity and frequency of importing goods and products into the Vietnamese market.
• Step 3: Register for state inspection of goods quality and customs clearance
• Step 4: Measure and test the product according to corresponding technical regulations (QCVN) and technical standards (TCVN).
• Step 5: Submit documents for certification of conformity to certification agencies.
• Step 6: Receive certification results and complete the application.
2. License from the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT)
To do the job, we perform the following steps:
• Step 1: Register for an energy efficiency test
• Step 2: Submit the energy efficiency testing registration form at Customs and clear the goods.
• Step 3: Measure and test minimum energy efficiency according to corresponding technical standards (TCVN).
• Step 4: Declare energy labeling at the Ministry of Industry and Trade
• Step 5: Stick energy labels on products according to regulations before circulating on the market
