QCVN 136:2025/BKHCN: “National Technical Standard on 6GHz Band Radio Access Equipment”.
On November 30, 2025, the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam (MOST) issued Circular No. 41/2025/TT-BKHCN: Promulgating QCVN 136:2025/BKHCN “National Technical Standard on 6GHz Band Radio Access Equipment”.
Effective Date
• Effective Date: Jan 01, 2027.
• QCVN 136:2025/BKHCN replaces QCVN 47:2015/BTTTT and applies to equipment with HS Code 8517.62.51 as stated in Section 2.5, Appendix I of Circular No. 29/2025/TT-BKHCN.

Key points to note in QCVN 136:2025/BKHCN:
• QCVN 136:2025/BKHCN is based on ETSI EN 303 687 V1.1.1 (2023-06): 6GHz WAS/RLAN; Harmonized Standard for access to radio spectrum.
• Operating frequency range of 6GHz radio access equipment:
+ Transmit: 5945 MHz to 6425 MHz
+ Receive: 5945 MHz to 6425 MHz
• Extreme/critical test conditions are based on the manufacturer’s published documentation.
