What is CR Mark logo- CoC and sDoC?
Declaration of conformity is the act of organizations and individuals self-declaring products, goods, services, processes, and environments in accordance with corresponding technical regulations. The regulation conformity mark has the shape and size as prescribed in Appendix I of document No. 05/VBHN-BKHCN dated August 28, 2017 regulating standard conformity announcement, regulation conformity announcement and methods of assessing conformity with standards and technical regulations.

Specifications for displaying the conformity mark according to regulations
According to Circular No. 28/2012/TT–BKHCN of the Ministry of Engineering and Technology issued on December 12, 2012, the product conformity stamp according to regulations should ensure the following elements:
• The shape and size of the conformity mark are the correct size as prescribed.
• The regulation conformity mark is attached in a visible location, printed directly on the product and packaging.
• The design conformity mark is easy to recognize and has the same color.
• There are enough corresponding standard symbols as a basis for certification of conformity.
• The conformity mark cannot be removed and reattached and is not easily erased.
A regulation conformity mark that fully meets the above 5 conditions is considered a valid regulation conformity mark and complies with regulations.
Procedure for declaration of conformity
a) For domestically produced products and goods:
– Organizations and individuals submit dossiers for declaration of conformity with regulations according to the provisions of Article 14 of Document No. 05/VBHN-BKHCN dated August 28, 2017 regulating declaration of standard conformity, declaration of conformity with regulations and methods of assessing conformity with standards and technical regulations to specialized agencies to declare conformity with regulations based on the self-assessment results of organizations and individuals;
– After submitting the application for declaration of conformity to specialized agencies, organizations and individuals are allowed to circulate goods.
b) For imported goods:
– Organizations and individuals register to inspect the quality of imported goods with the following information: name of importing organization or individual, address, phone, fax; Product name, brand, type; technical characteristics; origin, manufacturer; volume, quantity; import border gate; input time; Contract; Packing list; invoice (Invoice); Bill of Lading; declaration of imported goods; technical regulation number; Commit to the quality of products and goods in accordance with technical regulations and applicable announced standards and take full responsibility before the law for the quality of products and goods.
Within 01 working day, the specialized agency confirms that the organization or individual has registered to inspect the quality of imported goods on the organization’s or individual’s registration form;
– Organizations and individuals submit registration forms certified by specialized agencies to customs authorities to be allowed to clear goods;
– Within 15 working days from the date of customs clearance of goods, organizations and individuals must submit self-assessment results as prescribed in Point b, Clause 1, Article 14 of Document No. 05/VBHN-BKHCN dated August 28, 2017 regulating declaration of standard conformity, declaration of conformity with regulations and methods of assessing conformity with standards and technical regulations to specialized agencies.
Organizations and individuals must take full responsibility for the results of self-assessment and ensure that goods comply with applicable technical regulations and published standards.
In case the goods do not comply with technical regulations or announced applicable standards, organizations and individuals must promptly report to specialized agencies and at the same time organize the handling and recall of these goods according to the provisions of law.
